Stretching doesn’t have to be painful or boring. Great for all levels, with modifications for every body. Our Active Flexibility class uses movement exercises to help your body open up and align naturally. Our science-based approach rehabilitates joints, while building the flexibility that transfers to all you do.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Flow, and find your center. Our Vinyasa classes provide space to reconnect with yourself. This flowing yoga style links postures in a beautiful way, providing a physical and mental workout and reset. Perfect for experienced yogis and beginners alike. New to yoga? You’ll fit right in. Experience Hatha (breath and posture), Raja (meditation), Mantra (sounds), and Bhakti (devotion) elements. Leave class feeling centered and refreshed!

The perfect reset class - designed to teach your body optimal alignment and proper movement patterns, so you’ll feel better as you move each day. Belly Dance
Get ready to discover this intoxicating dance style. Techniques presented step by step, as well as combinations, creating exquisite dance! Embodied warm ups & cool downs. As you advance, you'll add more layers, levels and magic of movement! You will LOVE your elegance and grace cultivated in this class! Let's SHIMMY!

Heels & Sensual Flow (Ages 18+)
These classes are so much more than dancing; they’re about reconnecting with your body, confidence, and your feminine energy. Our supportive instructors and classmates create a space to explore movement that makes you feel powerful. Focusing on foot and ankle strengthening, alignment, and foundational movement vocabulary, you’ll build the skills to dance confidently in platform heels. SHOES OPTIONAL - you’re welcome to start barefoot until you find a good pair! Boot-style heels recommended for ankle support, and heels should be well attached to the foot. Our instructors can help recommend a good heel.
Beginning Heels: Build your ankle strength and learn foundational movements to music. No experience needed, just curiosity!
Intermediate Heels: Deepen your practice with more challenging combinations and flows. Prerequisites: Heels 1 and Pole Technique 2.

Chair Dance
Fun, playful, and something you can practice at home. Learn to use a chair as a dance partner and discover new ways to move. All levels welcome. Build creativity, coordination, musicality, and confidence you can take anywhere!

MoXXXy Dance (18+)
A sacred space to explore sensual movement with understanding instructors and a like-minded community. Dimmed lights, curated music, and guided exploration help you connect with your body and express your unique style. Including: body rolls, waves, hips, arms and leg work, and may incorporate pole, floor, and chair work. No shoes required, and pants, socks and leg warmers (or knee pads) recommended. This class is about reconnecting with yourself and your sass!

Floorwork Foundations
An awesome beginner class! Explore rolls, cartwheels, handstands, walkovers, and creative transitions that help you move smoothly, confidently, and with so much style! Helpful for building your foundation and adding dynamic texture to pole and aerial.
