Structured Levels for Measurable Progress

Intro: Pole Technique 1 (Beginner)

Your foundation for everything, and there’s no rush. Enjoy learning proper grip, basic spins, walks, pole sits, beautiful poses, and your first climb. No experience required. Take this class 5-8 times before advancing.

Pole Technique 2

Ready for more? Take your foundation and start playing with combinations, strength-building skills and flow. Celebrate how far you have come, and boost up your skill-set!

Pole Technique 3/4

For our members who have fallen in love with pole and want to keep growing. Master inversions, advanced moves, longer combinations, and the elegance of refining your movements. Prerequisites: Climb to top with controlled descent, multiple spin types, pole sit varieties, and strong forearm stands or handstands.

Pole Conditioning & Inverts

Let’s build strength together - All levels welcome, modifications available, and good energy guaranteed! Cultivate the specific muscles needed for inversions and advanced tricks.

Pole Dance Choreography & Spin Flow

Express yourself, connect moves to music, and discover your unique style with freestyle tips to effortlessly flow and dance.

Heels & Sensual Flow (Ages 18+)

These classes are so much more than dancing; they’re about reconnecting with your body, confidence, and your feminine energy. Our supportive instructors and classmates create a space to explore movement that makes you feel powerful. Focusing on foot and ankle strengthening, alignment, and foundational movement vocabulary, you’ll build the skills to dance confidently in platform heels. SHOES OPTIONAL - you’re welcome to start barefoot until you find a good pair! Boot-style heels recommended for ankle support, and heels should be well attached to the foot. Our instructors can help recommend a good heel.

What to Expect in Your First Class

Wear layers: Shorts (skin contact is essential for grip), layer pants (or leg warmers) on top! Your instructor will explain each step. 

Expect to surprise yourself, expect to leave smiling! 

Bring: Water bottle, yoga mat (Moxy has these too). Leave rings and jewelry at home.

Prepare: No lotion or oil on skin. Wash hands before class.

Duration: 65 minutes including warm-up, skill instruction & flow, and cool-down.
