What to Expect in Your First Class
Wear layers: Shorts (skin contact is essential for grip), layer pants (or leg warmers) on top! Your instructor will explain each step.
Expect to surprise yourself, expect to leave smiling!
Bring: Water bottle, yoga mat (Moxy has these too). Leave rings and jewelry at home.
Prepare: No lotion or oil on skin. Wash hands before class.
Duration: 65 minutes including warm-up, skill instruction & flow, and cool-down.
