Belly Dance

Some of the greatest gifts begin in the belly, so let’s learn how to move it! You'll have so much fun as you learn the fundamental movements of this exciting and intoxicating dance style. Technique will be learned through drills, as well as combinations of movements to learn flow and continuity. Yoga and dance influenced warm ups and cool downs. As you advance you will start adding more layers and levels of movement! You will LOVE your elegance and grace cultivated in this class!

Join us in play as we work to improve balance and posture, while toning our core.

We will begin to isolate key muscle groups and incorporate layered movements.

Active Flexibility

Active Flexibility is dedicated to the rehabilitation of your joints and muscles, aiming to enhance overall functional flexibility in a healthy and safe practice. A great class for all levels, utilizing movement and strength exercises to create optimum conditions for improved flexibility. This class will cycle through all areas of the body, with emphasis on proper alignment and building proper stretching habits. It is encouraged to utilize a yoga mat, blocks, and a strap to assist in various exercises and stretches. Please stay hydrated prior, during and after class!!

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Vinyasa unites breath to movement, guided from one asana (posture) to another through a sequencing of flow. Linking the body and mind through our breath and movement, this practice is a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual push. Cleansing both the inside of our bodies and our minds to bring us peace and serenity. This Yoga is wonderful for experienced and new yogis alike. In this practice you will lose yourself, only to find yourself again. You will experience Hatha (breath & posture), Raja (meditation), Mantra (sounds and chanting), and Bhakti (devotion). Discover all the benefits of this age old tradition!

Heels & Sensual Flow: Beginning

This FUNdamental Heels class focuses on getting your ankles strong, aligned and to start you off on the right Heel. Discover playful techniques & prompts for finding your sensuality.

Each class will be focused on foot and ankle strengthening, awareness exercises, movement vocabulary and guided exploration. Enjoy being elevated, figuratively & literally! Pole, Wall & Floorwork moves will be explored.

Welcome those of all levels, and although content is largely geared to movement in "Pleaser" Heels, you may try class in different types of heels, and you may participate in class with no heel!

*** Your Heels MUST provide stable connection with your foot/ankle, and we recommend a boot style to start

Heels Flow: Intermediate

Intermediate Heels will provide more challenging combinations of pole dance movements designed for heels. You will need to BEGIN WITH HEELS 1, and POLE TECHNIQUE 2.

You will love your new found flows! Get stronger in your legs, feet and sensuality expression! Enjoy being elevated, figuratively & literally! Pole, Wall & Floorwork moves will be explored. You may try class in different types of heels, and you may participate in class with no heel! 

Chair Dance All Levels

Discover the playful and fabulous world of Chair Dance! You will never look at a chair the same way... Learn how to utilize a chair as an apparatus, while understanding the safety basics. You will have so much fun dancing for yourself and developing dance flow!

Let's put some rosie in those cheeks! Dare to find your SASS! Re-awaken and express your uniqueness of movement through sensual, feminine and natural movement and dance. Promoting the mind/body/heart connection, each class will explore different styles, sounds & choreography of sexy. Guided movement and freestyle elements will help you find your sensual flow. Containing “Erotic” elements of dance, and is a safe place to explore what “sexy” or “sensual” movement feels like. A private room, dimly lit with colored lights and loud music sets the scene. Pole, floor and chair work are explored. NO SHOES.
Let your hair down, and wear the red lipstick if you’d like! Any level of experience is welcome, and those with dance experience will gain a deeper richness within their art.
